on youth and young adults by focusing on all aspects of life in order to close the education and wealth gaps.

Our mission is to provide the tools, resources and experiences to empower individuals to produce the skills, abilities and confidence necessary to live an well-balanced, self-sustaining, successful adulthood.
Meet our Founder
Verdell Jones
Verdell Jones is a business owner, elected official and minister and native of Liberty County with a heart to serve her community. While serving, she became aware of the many divides in education and financial literacy. The midWAY Project was founded to empower others to gain knowledge and resources to help close the education and wealth gaps.
